BBQ Sauce

or butter lettuce

Instructions
Spray a baking dish with cooking oil.
Add chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, cayenne, and garlic powder.
Roughly chop onion, then add to baking dish.
Bake at 375° for 30-40 minutes.
Let cool for at least 5 minutes.
While chicken cooks, prep lettuce leaves by rinsing and separating.
After chicken has rested, shred it with forks (or mixer).
Coat with bbq sauce, adding to desired taste, and mix to coat.
Spoon onto lettuce leaves.
Optional - Add any additional toppings.
Serve and enjoy!
