I really enjoy salads, but when making them at home they can get boring and repetitive. This recipe for berry salad has a nice variety of flavors that are sure to delight your taste buds. And it can be made in as little as 5 minutes.

The berries in this summer berry salad provide delicious bursts or sweet, tart flavor that elevate the salad. The goat cheese offsets the tartness and gives a delightful creaminess.

This salad is a perfect, healthy side for your summer bbq, potluck or brunch. Bring it to your 4th of July or Labor Day celebration. You can also pack some for a spring or summer picnic.

You can even add a protein for a filling lunch. Grilled chicken or pulled pork would be great on this salad. It’s delicious with a nice sirloin or cheeseburgers and hotdogs. Or pair it with a crisp white wine for lunch with the gals.

You can toss the salad with the vinaigrette, but I prefer to serve it on the side that way everyone can have the amount they want.
