I am so thrilled to announce that my IVF tracker journals are now available on Amazon!

For my first three rounds of IVF, I would come back from my appointments with sticky notes or scraps of paper with my medication instructions.

I’d then scribble on little checkmarks and R’s or L’s to keep track of which side I did the injections on each night.

After a week or so of daily injections, it can get hard to keep track of everything.

At my new IVF clinic, they use an app messaging system to tell you daily dosages- no scraps for me to mark up.

There had to be a better way.

I knew I wanted a clear way to keep track of all the meds, lab results, and any questions I had for the clinic.

And so my daily tracker was born.

After this past egg retrieval, all of our embryos were frozen so that we could do a frozen embryo transfer (FET) after my endo excision surgery in January.

You won’t believe what happened.

The clinic got a new system and I had to re-enter all of my medical history. Past labs, surgeries, fertility treatments, family history- the works.

Ugh.

I had to go back through all my paperwork and online to find past bloodwork results.

I had just done all of it 2 months prior!

But you get to benefit from my experience- yay!

I created charts for all of that important info- previous treatments, medications, test results, and more.

This way you can have all the info you need in one convenient place.

Whenever you need it- it’ll be there for you. No shuffling through mounds of paperwork and notes or opening a kajillion browser tabs.

"Creating a Miracle" Journal with floral and gold pineapple design. IVF Tracker Journal, fertility, infertility tips, FET, IUI, PCOS, Endo, endometriosis, stimulation shots, PIO shots

This is what I wish I had before my first round of IVF.

I’m so tickled with how these journals turned out and just know they’re going to be so helpful.

I used one of these journals for my recent FET (fingers crossed!) and it was so much better.

No shuffling for the right dosage instructions.

It’s the most organized I’ve felt during a medicated cycle, which also helped me stay stress-free.

I hope these IVF Tracker Journals help you to stay organized and bring you joy on your journey!
