Fall is usually ushered in by the scent and flavor of pumpkin spice everything, but I’ve always preferred apple cider. This caramel apple spritzer is the perfect fall mocktail (or cocktail) that’s sure to please apple cider fans everywhere.

It’s simple to make, tastes great, and will impress guests for the Holidays from Halloween to Thanksgiving to Christmas.

Caramel Apple Spritzer

Fill your glass halfway with apple cider.

Then fill the rest of the way with club soda, leaving a little room at the top.

Add 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup and stir gently to combine.

Garnish with a slice of apple or cinnamon stick.

Enjoy your caramel apple spritzer!

To adultify your mocktail just use a sparkling Moscato instead of club soda. And voila!

Caramel Apple Ginger Spritzer

For this variation, fill your cup halfway with apple cider.

Fill the rest of the way with ginger beer.

Add 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup and stir gently to combine.

Garnish your glass with a slice of apple and enjoy!

Recipe Notes:

With the popularity of Moscow Mules, I’ve noticed ginger beer is much easier to find, but if you can’t find any you can use ginger ale instead.

Try adding a shot of vodka or rum to adultify and make this mocktail a cocktail.

For a fancier presentation, drizzle caramel syrup in your glass or around the rim. You can even add festive sprinkles.

Both of these variations are so yummy, so give them a try and let me know which one you like best.
